Welcome to Sol Strength. A Hawkesbury based yoga and movement studio built for real people with real bodies seeking real results. Locally owned and purpose built, our space combines intelligent, strength focused classes with the benefits of true infrared heat.

Hot Classes

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Strong, fast and fiery. This is a high intensity vinyasa based flow that builds strength and stamina. Expect minimal breaks, longer holds, dynamic flows and plenty of core work.

Hot Sculpt

A strong, high-energy, Pilates-inspired class performed in the heat. Hot Sculpt blends controlled Pilates-style movements with strength and endurance work to challenge your whole body - especially your core, glutes and upper body.

Full-body strength training using weights, bands and bodyweight.
Structured sets.
Lots of reps. Big results.

Warm Classes

Warm
Yoga

A slower, alignment-based class with time to adjust, breathe, and build strength. Ideal if you're newer to yoga, easing back in, or simply want to focus on how each pose feels and functions in your body.

Warm
Pilates

Slower-paced Pilates with a focus on core strength, alignment, and control. Props are used to support or challenge - with options throughout. A strong but steady session.

HIIT

Strength meets cardio in this full-body, fast-paced circuit class. Expect intervals, stations, and structured sets designed to build power and keep your heart rate up.

Recovery

Mobility and recovery class using props and targeted stretches to ease tension and improve range. Slow, steady and ideal for sore or tight bodies.

Yin

A calm, floor-based class with poses held for 2–5 minutes to stretch fascia and release tension. Uses bolsters, blocks, and eye pillows. Finishes in shavasana with guided meditation or body scan.

Cool Classes

Cool HIIT

is a high-energy, full-body session that delivers the intensity of HIIT training without the heat. Expect a structured mix of strength and cardio intervals designed to elevate your heart rate, build fitness and improve endurance.

Cool Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing, breath-led yoga class without the heat. Cool Vinyasa Yoga moves through steady sequences designed to build strength, mobility and body awareness while maintaining a calm, strong and controlled pace.

Cool Strength

A full-body strength session focused on functional movement, muscle building, and good technique - all without the added heat. Expect dumbbells, bodyweight work, and simple strength progressions designed to build confidence and real strength.

Christine Catalogna

Christine Catalogna

Cat is a qualified yoga, Pilates and fitness instructor, recreational run coach, and provisional sports nutritionist who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and enjoy exercise as part of everyday life. She teaches a range of classes at Sol Strength, blending mindful movement with strength and mobility so members leave feeling better than when they walked in.

When she’s not on the mat, running or being with her kids, Cat is behind the scenes shaping the vision for Sol Strength. Her focus is on creating a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds and abilities feel supported, encouraged, and part of something bigger than just a workout.
Nick Jones

Nick Jones

Nick is a dad of two, a keen trail runner, and someone who’s happiest in the weights room. Strength training has been part of his life for years, and he’s seen how it can improve not just fitness, but energy, confidence, and the way you move every day. At Sol Strength, Nick designs our strength programs so they’re challenging, practical, and tailored for real results.

When he’s not training or running trails, Nick takes care of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the studio running smoothly. From planning the next block of programming to sorting the details no one sees, his focus is on helping people feel stronger, more capable, and part of the Sol Strength community.
